ORDER

(Order of the Court made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.D.Meenakshi Sundaram, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr.P.Srinivas, learned counsel for respondent No.1; Mr.Karthik Rajan, learned counsel for respondent No.2 and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Government Pleader (i/c) for respondent Nos.3.

2. The case of the petitioner is that respondent No.4 has put up unauthorized and illegal construction in Survey No.16/120, Door No.5, 5th Cross Street, G.R.Srinivas Nagar, Lakshmipuram Road, Chennai-600 056. Hence, the petitioner has preferred a representation dated 19.11.2018 to respondent Nos.1 to 3.

3. The prayer of the petitioner is that the representation dated 19.11.2018 addressed to respondent Nos.1 to 3, be disposed of expeditiously.

4. The learned counsel for respondent No.1 i.e., the Commissioner, Poonamallee Municipality states that the representation of the petitioner will be considered, after giving notice to respondent No.4, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The said statement of the learned counsel for respondent No.1 is recorded. 4.In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for respondent No.1, no further orders are necessary, hence, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
