The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent in connection with the impugned G.O (2D) No.47, Public (Special.A) department, dated 30.04.2010, with other connected records and quash the same and to direct the 4th respondent to prosecute and file criminal charges against the 6th respondent under relevant provision of Tamilnadu, Vigilance and Anti Corruption Act.

The matter was again listed on 24.9.2019, none appears on behalf of the petitioner, the same was posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on 25.9.2019. On 25.9.2019, the matter was not called out. When the matter listed today i.e. on 26.9.2019, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in first call or second call.
