being violative of rules and principles of natural justice and thereby direct the respondents to Extend the benefits of G.O.Ms.No.216 Finance (PC) Department dated 22.03.1993 and accordingly award Selection / Special Grade Scale of pay with effect from 01.06.1988 and revise Pensionary benefits and pay arrears to the petitioner For appellants :

JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) The instant writ appeal arises out of the order dated 23.04.2012 passed in W.P. No.15125 of 2011.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the appellants fairly submits that in view of the common judgment dated 04.02.2015 rendered in W.A. Nos.352 of 2014, etc. batch, wherein, the question of law involved was one and the same as involved in the instant appeal, the instant appeal also may be disposed of in the same terms.

We have gone through the aforesaid common judgment and accordingly, we dismiss the instant appeal in terms of the aforestated common judgment. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
