ORDER

By this application, the Official Liquidator seeks confirmation of the sale of movable assets of the company in liquidation in favour of the highest 1/3

bidders, and for orders incidental thereto. In support of this application, SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J rna report dated 23.01.2025 has been filed. The Official Liquidator has also filed a memo dated 06.02.2025. In the report, it is stated that the auction was conducted on 08.01.2025 pursuant to order dated 06.12.2024 in Comp.A.No.475 of 2024. It is further stated that the highest bid of Rs.1,05,000/- was submitted by Sri P.Mohammed, Proprietor, SMA Freez and Traders, Chennai 120 in respect of slotted angles racks of various sizes. Similarly, it is stated that the highest bid of Rs.23,000/- was submitted by Sri.V.Sekar, Proprietor of JPS Enterprises, Chennai 21 for old records / papers. In the memo, it is stated that the total sale consideration was received from the respective highest bidders.

2. In these facts and circumstances, this application is liable to be allowed. Accordingly, this application is allowed in terms of prayers (b) to (d) of the Judge's summons.
