ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to produce the body of the missing person namely S.Priyanka, Wife of R.Jegannathan and Daughter of P.Sakthivel, aged 25 years from the illegal detention by fourth respondent, physically before this Court and set her at liberty forthwith, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue has since married and happily living with her husband. The petitioner did not approve the marriage and thereafter filed this petition.

3.Considering the above, we do not find any illegal detention involved. Hence this habeas corpus petition stands dismissed.
