This writ petition has been filed to call for the records in C.P.No.108 of 2003 on the file of the first respondent dated 27.09.2005 and quash the same.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the second respondent that the 2nd Respondent / Workman had died. The learned counsel for the Management submitted that the entire amount awarded by the labour Court has already been deposited. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. It is seen that the petitioner has not taken any steps to bring the legal heirs on record and therefore, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
