This Court, vide judgment dated 14.10.2019 passed in Crl.A.No.644 of 2019, granted bail to the petitioner/appellant on condition to appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. on everyday until further orders. Seeking relaxation of the said condition, the petitioner/appellant has come up with the present Miscellaneous Petition.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant submitted that though the petitioner/appellant is facing difficulty in appearing before the respondent police everyday, he has been regularly complying with the said condition imposed by this Court, till date.
3.The submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant has been conceded by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent State. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the submissions so made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner/appellant shall appear before the respondent police as and when required by the respondent police without fail. 5.This petition is accordingly ordered.
