This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.1208 of 2012 on the file of the first respondent police, for offences under Sections 430, 379 of IPC as against the petitioner.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.1208 of 2012 and also filed a charge sheet in C.C.No.1208 of 2004 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chenglepet.
