The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 01.08.2025, for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 332, 224, 186 of IPC r/w 34 of IPC 4(1) (AAA) TNP Act, 25(1-B)(A) Arms Act, 1959, in Crime No.266 of 2006, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks bail. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. It is seen that, this Court on 23.10.2025 dismissed the petitioner's bail in Crl.O.P.No.28770 of 2025 by stating the following reasons: "2. This Court had earlier dismissed the petitioner's bail petition on 23.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28770 of 2025, wherein this Court had dismissed the petition on the ground that the trial is pending for over seven years due to past conduct of the petitioner. Now, it is stated by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that, the case is posted for examination on LW8 and LW9 and further trial is progressing, this Court is not inclined to reconsider the earlier order."
3. Now, without any change in circumstances, the present petition has been filed. Hence, considering the fact that earlier merits of the case was already considered and there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to revisit the earlier anticipatory bail petition.
