This petition is filed to condone the delay of 84 days in filing the Tax Case.

2. Having heard the Senior Standing Counsel appearing for the Revenue and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the Affidavit, filed in support of the Petition, we allow this petition and condone the delay of 84 days in filing the Tax Case.
