Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, order or direction in the nature of a Writ directing the respondents to survey the petitioner's land and to issue separate patta in her favour in respect of the properties comprised in R.S.No.188/1, 188/2 and 199/4C situated at Karutupalayam Village, Nambiyur taluk, Erode District considering the application made by the petitioner dated 21.01.2022.

O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to survey the petitioner's land and to issue separate patta in her favour in respect of the properties comprised in R.S.No.188/1, 188/2 and 199/4C situated at Karutupalayam Village, Nambiyur taluk, Erode District considering the application made by the petitioner dated 21.01.2022.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the father of the petitioner is the Power Agent of the daughter namely Divya Dhanapackiam Ramasamy. She purchased agricultural land from one Mr.P.Murugan, son of Palaniappan vide three Sale Deeds R.S.Nos.188/1, 188/2 and 199/4C situated in karatupalayam Village, Nambiyur taluk, Erode District. Thereafter, the petitioner made an application on 21.01.2022 for issuance of a separate patta in her favour. However, no action taken till date. Hence, this present petition is filed. 3.Though very many grounds have been raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.01.2022 and pass orders on the same within a particular time frame fixed by this Court. 4.The Special Government Pleader has no objection for said order being passed and he fairly conceded that the petitioner's representation dated 21.01.2022 will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed within the time stipulated by this Court.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.01.2022 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
