ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 09.06.2021 by the respondent Police, for the offence under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(c), 25, 27A, 29(1) NDPS Act, 1985 in Cr.No.28 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner was in possession of 33 kg of ganja and the same was seized by the respondent Police. He further submitted that this is the third bail petition filed by the petitioner and there is no change of circumstances.
3. Considering the fact that the seized ganja product is huge in volume and since it is a commercial quantity, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
