The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and dispose of his representation dated 08.08.2016 within a stipulated time. 2.
According to the petitioner, he is a blind person and his wife is a physically disabled person. Hence, the petitioner applied to the 2nd respondent seeking permission to run a Telephone Public Booth within a Bunk shop in a poramboke land on the side of their Village Road at Thondamuthur. The 2nd respondent, vide proceedings in OM.4699/S1/2002, dated 30.04.2002 permitted the petitioner to run a Public Call of BSNL in a Bunk Shop in S.No.381, Poramboke land.

The case of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent, who is running a Tailor shop nearby his Telephone Booth is troubling him and threatening him to close his Booth. Though the petitioner objected to the same and also gave a police complaint dated 22.02.2015, no action was taken on it. Hence, the petitioner made a representation dated 08.08.2016 to respondents 1 and 2 in respect of his grievance. Finding no response, the petitioner is before this Court. 4.
Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material documents available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the petitioners' representation dated 08.08.2016 on merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
