O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 21.01.2025 wherein the petitioner has sought for cancellation of patta that stands in the name of the fourth respondent with respect to the subject property.

2. Heard Mr.R.Srinivasarao, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.M.R.Gokulkrishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

3. The specific case of the petitioner is that the fourth respondent has managed to obtain patta from the revenue authorities by means of forged and fabricated documents. Hence, the petitioner made a representation seeking for cancellation of patta granted in favour of the fourth respondent. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this 2/4

Court.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 21.01.2025 after affording opportunity to the fourth respondent and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
