Alleging that the order passed by this Court dated 25.07.2016 in W.A.No.976 of 2015 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed. 2.When this contempt petition was taken up, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has submitted that the order passed in W.A.No.976 of 2015 dated 25.07.2016 has been complied with. The said submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader has been reiterated by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.Recording the above submissions, the contempt petition is closed.
