PRAYER :

This appeal is filed under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code, against the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.225 of 2013 dated 21.04.2015 on the file of the III Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, reversing the judgment and decree passed in O.S.NO.7966 of 2010 dated 07.03.2013 on the file of XIV Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Second Appeal and he has also given a letter dated 31.01.2019 to the Registry for withdrawal of the Second Appeal.
