ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge of Kancheepuram District at Chengalpet to dispose the CRP.No.9 of 2018 within two months or the time to be fixed by this Court.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the first petitioner is the wife and the second petitioner is the daughter of the respondent and they have filed petition under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. in M.C. No.18 of 2015 seeking maintenance on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Alandur. She further submitted that the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, by the order dated 02.08.2018 has allowed the said petition directing the respondent to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- each to the petitioners 1 and 2 from the date of petition i.e., 04.07.2015. She further submitted that as against the said order, the respondent has filed CRP.No.9 of 2018 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge of Kancheepuram District at Chengalpet. She further submitted that the aforesaid CRP is pending for the past two years without any progress and therefore she requests to direct the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, to dispose of the aforesaid CRP at early.

2. Considering the fact that the aforesaid CRP has been filed against the order passed in the maintenance case and the said CRP is pending for the past two years, The Principal District and Sessions Judge of Kancheepuram District at Chengalpet is directed to dispose of the aforesaid CRP within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the aforesaid direction, this petition is disposed of.
