O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 6th respondent to take over the investigation in Crime No.167 of 2016 on the file of the 5th respondent herein and investigate the case by adding the provisions under SC/ST Act 1989 within the time frame. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the fifth respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.167 of 2016 and also filed a charge sheet in C.C.No.140 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Chidambaram. At this stage, the investigation cannot be transferred.

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
