ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the writ petition may be closed giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority afresh for appropriate remedy.

2.Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the competent authority. On such filing, the same shall be considered on merits and appropriate orders be passed in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
