No.5/2012-2013 culminating in the auction held on 27.03.2013 granting licence to the 4th respondent for collection of entry fee for vehicles in the Iron and Steel Market Sathangadu and quash the same and consequently forbear the 4th respondent from collecting any fee or any amount in any form or manner for the vehicles entering or leaving the Iron and Steel Market Sathangadu based upon the impugned licence.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he had also made an endorsement to that effect. Recording the submissions and the endorsement made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
