Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the 1st respondent in Proc.No.AE2/73931/2007 dated 10.4.2008 and quash the same, insofar as the Condition No.4 of the said order is concerned and in so far as the petitioner is concerned and direct the respondents to count the services rendered by the petitioner in the post of Helper as qualifying service for all purpose.
