M.SUNDAR, J., and K.GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI, J., (Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,) Captioned main second appeal is a State appeal and it arises out of land acquisition proceedings [Harijan Welfare Scheme].

2. Pending captioned Second Appeal, Kuppusamy (R1) died on 25.08.2021 necessitating the captioned 'Civil Miscellaneous Petition' ['CMP' for the sake of brevity] with a prayer to bring on record his wife, two sons and one daughter, who have been arrayed as Respondents 5 to 8.

3. Mr.V.R.Annagandhi, learned counsel [Enrollment No.MS/1129/1997] with address for service at No.255, Law Chambers, High Court Buildings, Chennai - 104, who is present in Court, submits that he was appearing for Late Kuppusamy and he now has instructions to appear for his legal heirs Respondents 5 to 8 and learned counsel also Page Nos.1/3

submits on instructions that he is not opposing the prayer in captioned CMP i.e., prayer to bring on record legal heirs of deceased Kuppusamy.

4. Learned counsel also submits that he has vakalanama in his hand and he would file the same in the Registry today.
