ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506 (ii) of IPC read with Section 4 of Women Harassment Act in Crime No.134 of 2017 and seek anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that due to wordy quarrel which arose between the petitioners and the defacto complainant, the petitioners are alleged to have attacked the defacto complainant. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners have not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution and the present case has been foisted against them. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the injured has been discharged from the hospital. 5.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the injured has been discharged from the hospital, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
6.Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of their arrest or appearance within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, before the
learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram, subject to the following conditions:- (i)Each of the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram;
(ii)The petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
