ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to permit the petitioner to withdraw 50% of the awarded amount deposited before the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Coimbatore in M.C.O.P.No.552 of 2016 as per the order of this Court dated 12.07.2021 in C.M.P.No.10055 of 2021 in C.M.A.No.1867 of 2021. 2.This petition is vehemently contested by the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent/ appellant on the ground that without any functional disability, the Tribunal awarded a sum of Rs.18,27,840/- for loss of earning capacity and the petitioner sustained only partial disability.
