Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the First Respondent made in G.O. Ms. No. 19/2009/TD dated 17.12.2009 published in the extraordinary gazette of Union Territory of 1/4

Puducherry in Part 1 dated 18.12.2009 and quash the same and direct the First Respondent herein to include the Petitioner's varied route namely Anumanthai to Cuddalore viz., Puducherry, Reddychavadi and Puducherry to Cuddalore via Reddy Chavadi and Kannikoil also in the ensuring draft supplementary inter state agreement.
