Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to dispose within time frame the petitioner online application dated 24.01.2022 vide application Nos. 2022/0105/35/358559, and 2022/0105/35/358566 seeking demarcation and sub-division of patta in relation to the property situated at Panaiyur Village, Cheyyur Taluk, Chengalpattu District in Survey Nos.228/10A, 242/5, 229/4, 228/8, 337/2 admeasuring to extents of 31 cents, 1 Acre 92 cents, 13 cents, 34 cents, 20 cents respectively comprised in patta No.656, Survey No.232/3B admeasuring an extent of 82 cents comprised in patta No.1291, Survey No.230/8 admeasuring to an extent of 55 cents comprised in patta No.3284.

For Petitioner in both WPs.: Mr.G.Mageshkumar For Respondent in both WPs : Mr.A.Anandan, Government Advocate C O M M O N O R D E R This Court by order dated 23.03.2022 issued direction to the respondent/Tahsildar to issue Patta in favour of the petitioners, if it is otherwise in order. The learned Government Advocate submitted that in pursuant to that order the Tahsildar has rejected the petitioners applications on 05.04.2022, vide order Na.Ka.1846/2022/A2 and Na.Ka.1845/2022/A2 respectively.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, no further adjudication is required in these Writ Petitions. Hence these Writ Petitions stands closed. No costs. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
