Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to forthwith redress the grievances of the Legal Fraternity set out in the representation of the Madras Bar Association dated 24.06.2013 to ensure issuance of certified copies of the orders in time, uploading of the orders passed by the High Court in the Website, prompt listing of cases on the specified dates and to make the Digital Display Boards effectively function and for the said purpose, to sanction and provide necessary funds, infrastructure, manpower with appropriate training and to periodically monitor compliance of the directions issued in this regard.
