ORDER
The writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to select and include the name of the petitioner at the appropriate place of seniority in the list of successful candidates eligible for appointment to the post of Group-II services after conducting the oral interview pursuant to the examination conducted on 22.03.2009 and pursuant to his securing 247.5 marks in the written examination.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2009 is also dismissed.
