This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience in complying the order of this Court made in W.P.No.5876 of 2012 dated 12.03.2012 under the relevant Provisions of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents contemnor submitted that the order of this Court, which is the subject matter of contempt has been complied and he also produced communication to that effect.
