ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to take steps for submission of the report of the Committee Constituted under G.O.Ms.No.57 School Education (A1) Department, dated 05.03.2013 constituted on 20.05.2014 and to take further action upon the recommendations of the Committee.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court by Ms.Akila Rajendran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, that pursuant to G.O.(1D).No.57 School Education (A1) department, dated 05.03.2013, the Committee has already submitted its report and the Government has already issued Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.46 School Education (Part1(1)) Department, dated 19.03.2018. 3. In view of the same, it is evident that the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuours. However, it is made clear that in case if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order issued in G.O.Ms.No.46 School Education (Part1(1)) Department, dated 19.03.2018, it is also open for the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
