The petitioner is seeking a direction from the Tahsildar to permit him to wire fence the land in S.No.338/2, Thellore Village, Vellore District leased out to the petitioner to protect children from the nuisance caused by the adjacent land owners. He made a representation to this effect to the respondent on 30.03.2011, but, it was not considered by the respondent till date.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, a direction is given to the respondent to consider the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation of the petitioner dated 30.03.2011 and dispose of the same within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
