These civil miscellaneous petitions have been filed by the petitioners seeking to condone the delay of 375 days and 20 days, respectively, in filing the above appeals.
2. Mr.B.Sathish Sundar, learned counsel, who appeared for the respondent / caveator, sought short accommodation for filing counter. On an earlier occasion also, the learned counsel sought adjournment for the same reason.

Since no counter is forthcoming and having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and these petitions are accordingly ordered.
