Ms. No. 19/2009/TD dated 17.12.2009 published in the extraordinary gazette of Union Territory of Puducherry in Part 1 dated 18.12.2009 and quash the same and direct the First Respondent herein to include the Petitioner's varied route namely Pondicherry to Cuddalore via Kandamangalam Madhagadipet, Madukarai and Pattambakkam 4 singles and Pondicherry to Villupuram via Kandamangalam, Madhagadipet 6 singles also in the ensuring draft supplementary inter state agreement.
