Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent in R.C.No.615 /2003/A1 dated 23.01.2004 and the consequential notice on the file of the 3rd respondent in proceedings in Na.Ka.No.727/2019 dated 13.03.2023 and to quash the same.[Prayer Amended vide order dated 03.04.2023 made in WMP No.10345 of 2023 in WP No.2590/2004 by MSRJ].

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 23.01.2004 and the consequential notice dated 13.03.2023.

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 10.02.2025, this Court directed the learned counsel appearing on either side to take instructions as to whether there are any subsequent developments in this case. Accordingly, 2/5

the matter was directed to be listed for hearing today. 3.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Standing counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent placed the proceedings of the RDO, Sriperumbudur dated 31.03.2023. This order was passed by the RDO based on the application that was submitted by Dhanasekaran, who has been impleaded as the 4th petitioner in the place of the original writ petitioner, who died during the pendency of the writ petition. 4.

In the light of the above development, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition and it will suffice to record the order passed by the RDO dated 31.03.2023.
