This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to act upon the on-line application submitted by the petitioner on 30.04.2024 and to conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries. 1 / 4

2.Heard Mr.C.Munusamy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent. 3.The petitioner is claiming right and title over the subject property by virtue of registered sale deeds dated 26.02.2022 registered as Document Nos.294 and 333 of 2022. Patta was also issued in patta No.1890 in the name of the petitioner and one Subramani who was the joint purchaser along with the petitioner. 4.The petitioner wanted to survey the property for demarcating the boundaries and hence on-line application was submitted on 30.04.2024 in this regard. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 5.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court and also considering the limited relief sought for in the present writ petition, there shall be direction to the respondent to act upon the on-line application submitted by the petitioner on 30.04.2024 and conduct the survey to demarcate the boundaries. The survey cshall be conducted in the presence of Subramani who is the joint owner along with the petitioner. This process shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
