Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 2 to 5 to cancel the Patta No.2299 in the name of Dhanalakshmi W/o Seeranga Gounder in old survey no.58/1, new survey no.88/1B, Veppanaththam Village, Thalaivasal Taluk, Salem District and further direct the respondents to receive the land as 'Arasu Punjai Tharisu' in survey no.88/1B, Veppanaththam Village, Thalaivasal Taluk, Salem District, by removing the encroachments of the 6th respondent, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.05.2024 within the time to be stipulated by this Court.
