2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mrs.P.Kritika Kamal, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the order dated 23.02.2015 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2958 of 2015 has been complied with, inasmuch as on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.36 of 2016 was registered for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 506(I) IPC and after completing the investigation, the police have closed the case as mistake of fact on 01.01.2016. R.C.S.Notice No.1 of 2016 was served on the de facto complainant and filed in the Court of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruvallur.
