When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that this writ petition has been filed challenging the order granting permission to the second respondent to construct the Maha Mandapam on the Samadhi of Srimath Pambhan Swamigal at Thruvanmiyur. Now, the construction itself is over and hence, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous.
