This case is taken up through video conferencing. 2.

This criminal original petition has been filed to issue direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection for the safety, security and protection to the lives and property of the petitioner company, management officials, staffs, workers, based upon the petitioner's complaint dated 18.02.2018.

It appears that there was a dispute between the petitioner and one of his employees Janesh during February 2018 and fearing that he will cause trouble, the petitioner gave a representation to the police seeking police protection and thereafter, filed the present petition with the above prayer. 4.

Heard Mr.R.Prabhakaran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.P.Kritika Kamal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first and second respondents/State. 5.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.109 of 2018 and the same was closed on 20.03.2018, advising Janesh to workout his remedies before the Labour Authorities.

In view of the above, this criminal original petition is closed.
