O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings No.Na.Ka.B4/12982/99, dated 28.06.2004 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to take steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner.

3. This Court by its earlier order dated 20.10.2019 recorded the submissions of the learned Government Advocate appearing for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the respondents 1 and 2 that the petitioner died as early as on 09.09.2019 and he had also produced the death certificate of the petitioner, which discloses the same and it was made clear in the said order that if steps are not taken to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner by the learned counsel for the petitioner before the next hearing date i.e., on 20.01.2020 (today), the writ petition shall stand automatically dismissed as abated. But till date, the learned counsel for the petitioner has not taken steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner.

4. Since steps have not been taken to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. No costs.
