(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) This petition is filed to direct the respondents to extend the interim bail granted to the detenue, S.A.Nawab Khan, S/o. Abdul Rahmaan, aged 54 years, Convict No.10663, detained at Central Prison, Coimbatore, in WMP No.34685 of 2024 in W.P.No.31417 of 2023, order dated 28.10.2024 from 04.02.2025 until the disposal of the above writ petition.

2. Since the report of the probation officer is in favour of the detenu, the interim bail already granted by this Court is further extended for a period of three months i.e. from 04.02.2025 till 04.05.2025.

3. Accordingly, the writ miscellaneous petition stands disposed of.
