This revision is filed as against the order passed in C.A.No.39 of 2017 dated 21.06.2018 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Vellore, thereby modifying the order passed in M.C.No.7 of 2012 dated 22.01.2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Vellore.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been already settled between the parties.
