3. Though the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit for the delay in filing the petition are not satisfied, in order to give an opportunity to the legal representatives of the deceased writ petitioner, this miscellaneous petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the above writ petition and list the writ petition under the caption ''FOR FINAL DISPOSAL'' on 19.01.2024.
