Heard Mr.P.Sivamuruganantham, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, Special Government Pleader, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
2. Though the Writ Petition was filed sometime during March 2016, repeatedly adjournments have been taken by the petitioner and notice has not been ordered to the respondent. By efflux of time, it is not known as to what was happened to the lorry in question, which was seized by the respondents officials, on account of transporting Public Distribution System items.

3. Therefore, the Writ Petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to workout his remedies in the manner known to law. No costs.
