ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.23067 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1866 of 2025 dated 28.11.2025, wherein the petitioner was directed to appear before the trial Court on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until disposal of the Criminal Appeal.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for respondent, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.

3. Considering the above said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without any deviation, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.23067 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1866 of 2025 dated 28.11.2025, directing the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until disposal of the Criminal Appeal, is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates, without fail. All other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered. 17-02-2026 ANU
