ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 06.02.2021 for offences under Sections 9(k), 10 of POCSO Act, 2012 @ 5(k)(1) r/w 6(1), 5(1) of POCSO Act, in Crime No.6 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on completion of the investigation, the final report has already been filed and the same has been taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.29 of 2021 by the Fast Track Mahila Court, Dharmapuri. The prime witnesses L.W.1 to L.W.4 are summoned to give evidence on 09.03.2022. She further states that if the petitioner is released on bail at this stage, there is a possibility of tampering the witnesses. 3.

This Court finds some force in the said submissions. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. It is open to the petitioner herein to revive the bail petition after completion of examination of the vital witnesses in this case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
