This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct to the learned Fast Track No.4 Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai to dispose of C.C.No.1226 of 2019 within a time frame

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Fast Track No.4 Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai to dispose of C.C.No. 1226 of 2019 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
