(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner claims to be the owner of Flat No.6 on the second floor of complex ''Krishna Kutir'', No.8/17, Venkataratnam Street, Teynampet, Chennai, developed by the fourth respondent. It is the case of the petitioner that there is unauthorised construction in the building which, in turn, has a direct impact on the enjoyment of the portion in possession of the petitioner.

2.We, thus, direct the first respondent to cause an inspection to be made of the complete building in question including the portions of the petitioner within fifteen (15) days of the receipt of the order and if any violations are found, action in accordance with law be taken with the proceedings being concluded within three (3) months from the date of inspection.
