JUDGMENT

The Criminal Appeal has been filed seeking to set aside the Judgment of conviction and sentence passed in C.C.No.84 of 1997 on the file of the learned Special Judge for CBI Cases (XI Additional) Chennai dated 28.02.2011.

2. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the appellant passed away and the legal representatives of the appellant have not come forward to proceed with the case.
