ORDER

This court by order dated 07.01.2011 has given a specific direction to the third respondent to comply the order.

2. Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the year 2007, the Government has taken over the school from the third respondent. Since the Government has taken over the school, the third respondent has not acted as correspondent and the school is now under the control of the first and second respondents.

3. In view of the above, since the school is not under the control of the third respondent, this court does not direct the third respondent to comply with the order.

4. With the above observation, this contempt petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation to the second respondent and the second respondent is directed to consider the 2/3

same within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of petitioner's representation.
